Maitlands are currently seeking to appoint enthusiastic, driven, customer centric Property Co-Ordinators to join our teams within our Ivybridge, Plympton and Saltash offices.
We have full-time opportunities available for individuals to be part of our successful teams and work with some of the best agents locally. We are ideally looking for someone who has property experience; however, we would consider someone who can demonstrate sales skills whilst delivering amazing customer service. Your role would see you focused on client liaison to book and conducting viewings, gathering feedback, updating clients and utilising your skills to achieve sales for our owners.
You will also be able to generate leads for our valuation and new homes teams, seeking opportunities within your towns. This pivotal role within Maitlands is exciting and for the right candidate will bring lots of opportunities for growth and progression. The successful individuals will have a proven track record in sales, a strong customer focus, excellent organisational skills and an outgoing personality.
